Poshta Design—Christmas in July 2026 Day 3

Boy oh boy are you in for a treat today, friends! The Homespun Holiday Evergreen Kit is almost here! And what a beautiful retro kit it is! One little change to this year’s kit is there are a lot of color story choices (10!!) to choose from, plus some really cool sequins included in the kit! I ended up choosing Parsley, Crabapple, and Taffy to work with since they are similar to the Ribbon Candy color story!

I actually ended up filming a YouTube video for this kit where I made this ornament and I had planned to have it up on release day, but alas my husband and I caught a really bad stomach bug so now I’m playing catch up, and unfortunately, it won’t be up this week. I’m hoping it will be before the end of the month since I have other obligations as well!

If you’re looking to start playing with the kit and want a quick ‘tester’ ornament to get familiar with things, I highly suggest this design! This one came together in less than an hour, and I just love it!

Wrapping my projects up with this kit (for now!), is this green little cutie! I had lots of fun alternating the colors so each ornament had a different color as the focus. I ended up getting a little fancy and added the pinking circles to the Crabapple band, then topped them off with those super fun sunburst sequins! I adore them so much, they’re so unique and fun!
